Certification Dentist at Folktandvården Västerbotten

Folktandvården Västerbotten is initiating a collaboration with Folktandvården Region Örebro County and Folktandvården Västernorrland regarding a certification training in general dentistry. The training aims to ensure that the necessary competence exists in Folktandvården's general dental care, and we are now seeking dentists for this training.

We are looking for someone who wants to develop and formally deepen their knowledge in the subject areas of general dentistry, with a particular focus on clinical development, community dentistry, leadership, and pedagogy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a certification dentist with us, you contribute knowledge and engagement that makes people feel secure.

You will help develop Folktandvården's organization through high clinical competence and patient-centered work in children's, adult's, and elderly dental care, knowledge dissemination, and supervision. In this role, you will also provide dental leadership support and drive development at the clinic/unit level and at a broader organizational level based on the needs of the organization.

Upon completion of the certification training, a permanent position as a senior dentist in general dentistry will be offered, located at a clinic with the employer.

QUALIFICATIONS

You must have a Swedish dental license with the authority to practice in Swedish dental care and at least two years of experience in dental care for children, adults, and the elderly. It is advantageous if you have worked for up to 5 years or more.

We are looking for someone with a clear interest in general dentistry and issues related to it. You have a good ability to work independently and collaboratively. We value commitment to professional development and further education. As a person, you are empathetic and eager to make a difference for the organization and the patient.

You have excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Personal suitability will be considered.
